Saatchi says pants to Comic Relief

Pants to Poverty, the slogan for this year’s Comic Relief event, had creative departments throughout ad land getting their knickers in a twist.

The Diary was inundated with various items of unsexy underwear in the build-up to the big day, but was impressed with the efforts of the guys and gals at Saatchi & Saatchi.

Not only did the agency folk come up with the de rigueur pair of pants, they also bared them, in true Superhero style, to the world outside their Soho offices. Just which superhero they represent is a mystery – good effort for a good cause, though.
