National Blood Service launches campaign

The National Blood Service (NBS) this week launches its latest advertising campaign, aimed at recruiting new donors. The ads, created by Delaney Lund Knox Warren, feature well-known personalities talking about the impact that blood donors have had on their lives, and the lives of their families.

There are three 30-second ads, featuring personalities such as Mo Mowlam, Sir Richard Branson, Gary Lineker and Sir Paul McCartney’s girlfriend Heather Mills, who lost her leg in a road traffic accident. In the ad, each personality, who freely donated their services to the campaign, thank the blood donors that saved their lives.
