BT ad unveiled

BT has unveiled its latest ad campaign, which draws inspiration from the crowd scenes in Hollywood blockbuster Gladiator. Created by St Luke’s, it was directed by Jake Scott, son of Gladiator director Ridley Scott. The execution shows members of the public taking turns to stand in the middle of an amphitheatre to address a crowd. The different presentations show the power of bringing people together, albeit not over the telephone. One man asks if anyone went to his school in Tobago, to which a man stands up in response. Another man presents his latest invention and passes it around for show. The ad contains the strapline ‘More connections, more possibilities’ and will run from June 28 in all ITV regions.
