Don’t expect RBS to snap to it

The Diary was pleased to receive information from Royal Bank of Scotland last week announcing the company has appointed Adrian Bryant as head of customer marketing and product development for its credit card business.

Imagine the confusion in the office when a quick check produced a cutting from April quoting Bryant as RBS’s head of customer marketing and product development for its credit card business.

Wondering whether RBS had actually recruited another individual by the name of Adrian Bryant to replace the old one, the Diary contacted RBS.

It was then established that Bryant has been in the job since April, but RBS was unable to send out information until now because it was “waiting to have some pictures taken of him”.

So all you budding photographers should get up to Scotland fast. There’s money to be made in the Highlands.
