It’s the teeny, tiny pantyliney

As regular readers know, the Diary is a big fan of the Guinness Book of Records and appreciates the dedication needed to get one’s name into it. Which is why the Diary’s heart sank when it learnt of SCA’s latest ploy.

The company has applied for a listing for its Bodyform Micro pantyliner, which, it claims, is the world’s smallest. The feat hasn’t yet been recognised by GBOR central office, but surely it’s only a matter of time.

This raises serious questions. Will another company try to better Bodyform ? Will Micro change the face of pantyliners? Does anyone care?

Let’s hope other companies don’t jump on the bandwagon. What next? Miniature condoms? Norris McWhirter, save us!
