The agency has snatched the business from Ogilvy & Mather (O&M), following creative differences between O&M and More Than’s marketing team.

RSA is finalising a severance package with O&M, which was invited to pitch for the business.

CCHM, formerly Camp Chipperfield Hill Murray, is a London-based agency specialising in financial services. Its clients include Britannic Money and Henderson Global Investor.

An RSA spokesman says: “RSA had a successful launch with O&M, but while planning the next phase, creative differences emerged.”

The spokesman says More Than is still committed to developing a high-profile campaign this year, which will involve TV ads. The company sells a range of products, including health, home and pet policies.

WWAV Rapp Collins will continue to handle More Than’s below-the-line work, and Manning Gottlieb Media’s media planning and buying account is unaffected.

More Than launched last June with a high-profile campaign involving Lucky the homeless dog (MW June 21, 2001). But Westminster City Council threatened the company with prosecution after it illegally put up fly posters around central London.

The company was also rapped by the Advertising Standards Authority following complaints that the ads could undermine serious attempts to find lost pets.
