Off to ruminate in the loo, mate?

Cathy Hayward (MW January 30) makes the point that outdoor media at football matches represents an excellent way for certain brands to target a key market.

Ambient media may be highly effective in reaching a lifestyle audience; by using the outdoor space to reflect the passion and excitement of the match-day experience, brands can engage supporters on an entirely new emotional level.

The only ambient media currently used at football matches to empathise with the emotion of being a football supporter is inside stadium loos. Can it really be true this is the place where men do all their best thinking?
