We really wanna see those fingers

The Diary, under one of its many pseudonyms (this time it’s “Mr AB Sample” – how do companies fall for it?) has been sent a monster called Bob in the post.

The monster, which many readers will no doubt be receiving, is part of Vodafone’s picture messaging push. Phone owners are invited to “break him out of jail” – as it comes in an envelope, something about fighting its way out of a paper bag comes to mind – and send pictures of the diminutive dragon, together with captions, to the company.

Here, then, is Bob inside a giant pair of Y-fronts someone sent to the Diary. Jokes about crabs, trouser snakes and strange noises should not be sent to the usual address.
