IPA reveils marketing budgets still being cut

The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising’s quarterly Bellwether Report shows marketing budgets were still being cut in the first quarter of this year, but at a slower rate than in the previous six months. Budgets fell by an average of 2.2 per cent between January and March, compared to declines of 8.5 per cent and five per cent in the third and fourth quarters of last year.
