No puppy love lost here then

I heard a brief summary of the advertising poll carried out for Marketing Week. It said that the PG Tips Chimps were top and so I assumed that the Andrex puppy must be second or third.

Imagine my surprise on reading MW to find that it was not in the top 15. The selection is probably from a list presented to the respondents. Was the puppy not on the list or was it, but not chosen? It is such an icon of British advertising that the findings are surprising.
