DTI oultines ‘clean up’ rules for credit card ads

The Department of Trade and Industry has outlined new rules to ‘clean up’ the marketing and advertising of credit cards. The proposals contained in the White Paper reforming the Consumer Credit Act are likely to come into force next autumn.
