PepsiCo UK completes restructure

PepsiCo UK president Martin Glenn has completed his plan to introduce a single layer of management across the company’s four divisions – Pepsi, Tropicana, Quaker and Walkers Snacks (MW October 23, 2003).

The restructure has resulted in marketing director for market development Caroline Diamond becoming marketing director for Tropicana and cereals; and evening snacking marketing director Jonathan Goldstone has his role strengthened, with the addition of healthy snacks such as Snack-a-Jacks to his portfolio. Quaker commercial director Jill Caseberry moves into a sales role at PepsiCo.

The reshuffle does not affect Walkers Crisps marketing director Carol Garbutt, who was appointed last September after the role was left vacant by Mike Munro, who returned to PepsiCo in the US as vice-president for foods (MW September 4, 2003). Nor will it affect marketing director for snacks and promotions Vinita Pandey.
