Curry king turns up heat on MW readers

Let no one say the Diary doesn’t give its loyal readers anything. In this case, it could well a morning sat on the toilet bitterly regretting the night before, but it’s the thought that counts.

Actually, the Diary can’t take all of the credit. Abdul Latif, owner of Rupali Restaurant in Newcastle’s Bigg Market, has decided to celebrate the launch of what he describes as “the world’s hottest curry” by laying down a challenge to Marketing Week readers.
