Funny what gets up some folks’ noses

Hot on the heels of news that Bob Dylan has lent himself to a lingerie ad (presumably it’s the only way he can get a lay lady lay these days) comes this rather unsavoury campaign from underwear brand Lejaby, soon to be appearing on bus-sides throughout London.

Apparently, the ad “eschews traditional notions of lingerie advertising featuring women in increasingly exposed and worse, sometimes shocking or degrading poses”. Admirable, but since when did sniffing women’s underwear constitute feminism? And surely dogs are supposed to pant, rather than bra…
