It’s good to see those that have fallen on hard times making something of themselves. That’s what’s happened to unemployed actors Derek D’Runkard, Bryan Boozi and Daphne – who is “too cool” to have a surname, following the example of Jordan, Prince and Cheggers – as the trio have been nominated for a prestigious IPR award.

More astute Diary readers may have already twigged that the threesome aren’t actually real. The three aesthetically challenged characters are the faces of the “Don’t Do Drunk” speaking poster campaign that is plastered in pubs and bars all over the country. The posters carry the tagline “If you do do drunk, don’t do him/her”. As the pictures (left) show, it’s enough to have you reaching for the Vumto.
