Luxury toiletries and food retailer Crabtree & Evelyn is seeking its first UK marketing director following a restructure of its sales, marketing and communications team.

The decision to appoint a dedicated marketing director to the brand follows the promotion of sales and marketing director Jan Scott to commercial director.

The new marketing director will work across the brand’s product ranges and will be responsible for developing all distribution channels.

The company has also appointed Jess de Bene to handle communications following the departure of Amy Taylor, who has left to take an undisclosed role. Taylor was responsible for implementing parts of the marketing strategy.

Crabtree & Evelyn has 350 retail stores in 40 countries, including locations in the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Its range of toiletries, perfumes and fine foods is also available through other outlets such as specialty stores, catalogues and duty free shops.
