MCCA begins Best Awards 2005 search

The MCCA, backed by Marketing Week, has started this year’s search for outstanding marketing achievement, culminating in the Best Awards 2005.

The prestigious awards have been showcasing excellence in marketing communications since 1989. Nominations are invited in the following categories: Best client of the year; Best newcomer agency (less than 36 months old); Best agency of the year; Best new creative talent; and Best new account talent.

Marketing Week editor Stuart Smith will chair the senior client judging panel. All judging will be carried out by multiple-level judging panels drawn from the industry and will include agency principals, creative heads and senior client personnel.

Best new account talent nominees will be invited to answer a question in 2,000 words. They will also have to nominate a client advocate whom MCCA managing director Scott Knox will contact for a confidential rating on job performance.

Entry forms are downloadable from mcca.org.uk. Forms must be completed and returned by e-mail to belinda.tournier@mcca.org.uk by November 19, 2004.
