Feel Good Drinks provides the breast support

It’s been a very charitable week in Scotland and Docklands.

It’s been a very charitable week in Scotland and Docklands.

The soulless East London towerboxes were the scene of a photo-shoot to celebrate Feel Good Drinks’ collection of more than 1,000 bras for its Bravo! bra-bunting bonanza in aid of Breast Cancer Care (MW September 16). Congratulactations are surely in order…

Meanwhile, the proud northern tourist destination saw a load of people sit in chairs. Staff at contact centre beCogent joined Shelter’s red chair sit-in to protest about the number of children living in bad housing. If only all social problems could be solved so easily. The Diary would happily stand on one leg to end global warming. Anyone wishing to take part in the Shelter campaign would be best advised to visit www.shelter.org.uk/sit-in, though. And honourable mention, too, should go to Shelter campaign communications manager Rachel Cackett. Just because she has a nice name.
