Domino’s Pizza has launched its first celebrity-led television campaign to support the launch of its double-decker pizza, the Double Decadence. The ad, which breaks nationwide tomorrow (Thursday), shows a couple eating a Double Decadence pizza with a dramatic voiceover that describes the product. The camera then pans round to reveal a tuxedo-clad Leslie Nielsen in the corner of the room. The Double Decadance has two thin and crispy dough bases with a layer of cheese sauce sandwiched in the middle with a normal pizza topping. The launch is also being supported by a direct mail campaign and new creative work for its sponsorship of The Simpsons on Sky One. The campaign has been created by the company’s in-house team.
