COI Communications reviews media buying accounts

COI Communications is reviewing its £168m media buying accounts and intends to combine its media spend with those of the Department for Transport and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, if the two departments are satisfied with the review. COI’s television buying is handled by Starcom MediaVest, radio by OMD, press by MediaCom and Universal McCann handles cinema. The planning roster will be reviewed in July 2005.
