TWG bids for Manchester FM licence

…The Wireless Group, owner of national commercial station TalkSport, is bidding for the Manchester FM licence with a speech station format called AllTalk FM. The bid is led by former Deputy Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police and television presenter John Stalker.
