No need for panic within PR sector

The findings of Richmond Research’s survey (MW November 25) on the comparative use of measurement of ROI relays a much more positive development than you portray.

That at least half of public-relations practitioners surveyed are measuring ROI rather than merely output is clear indication that the sector is getting its act together. However, this is no reason for complacency and the PRCA is totally committed to further strengthening the public relations industry’s ability to prove its business value.
