Vallance Carruthers Coleman Priest creates animated TV campaign

Vallance Carruthers Coleman Priest has created an animated television campaign for Coca-Cola-owned juice drink Capri Sun, which will break this week. The ads for the orange and apple-flavoured drinks are designed to appeal to children aged seven to 13 years old, by emphasising that the drink’s packaging can be squeezed and played with – a feature that is reflected in the slogan ‘Squeeze Please’. Directed by 24-year-old Frenchman Romain Segaud, the ads use a montage of cut-out characters, different backgrounds and hundreds of photographs to create a digital collage. The campaign also promotes the drink’s healthy image, as well as playing on its packaging as tough and playful.
