Intercontinental Hotels Group has appointed Jenifer Zeigler as senior vice-president, global brand management for Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts. Before joining IHG in 2000, Zeigler held marketing roles at Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble.
The retailer, which has traditionally focused on in-store shopping only, also plans to roll out its click-and-collect initiative to all stores in Great Britain.
