New Campaigns – Brighton Comedy Festival

Organisers of the Paramount Brighton Comedy Festival have booked ads on 100 of the city’s Adshel Connect phone boxes.

The campaign, developed by Clear Channel’s Create division, features life-size models of seagulls wearing Groucho Marx-style noses and glasses. It has been booked through Equinox, Meridian Outdoor and Hyperspace. The festival, which runs in Brighton until October 22, features household names such as Paul Merton, Jo Brand and Bill Bailey.

Rob Atkinson, sales director of Clear Channel UK, says: “Our Create team worked closely with the agencies to bring this campaign to the streets. This is the first time we have run a specials campaign on phone boxes.”
