Consumer group Which? is launching its first brand advertising campaign to educate consumers about the diversity of what it offers.
The TV and press campaign, which breaks this week, has been created by Watson Phillips Norman (WPN), which won the organisation’s advertising business in June last year. Media planning and buying is by Mike Colling & Co.
Research from WPN found that Which? is perceived as an organisation that reviews domestic appliances.
In response to the findings, the new campaign stresses that Which? reviews a whole range of goods and services from child car seats to pensions. The ads also stress that Which? is available in both magazine and online formats.
