New campaign – Foster’s Super Chilled

Scottish & Newcastle UK is launching a new poster execution for Foster’s, its flagship lager brand, which builds on the theme of the current television advertising for Foster’s Super Chilled.

Scottish & Newcastle UK is launching a new poster execution for Foster’s, its flagship lager brand, which builds on the theme of the current television advertising for Foster’s Super Chilled.

Created by Scottish & Newcastle UK’s roster agency M&C Saatchi, the execution includes six-sheet poster ads which feature the strapline: “Well you wouldn’t want a warm beer would you?” Starcom was responsible for the media buying and planning.

The poster shows an Australian on a beach with a pint of Foster’s Super Chilled in the shade of a hammock with a portly man who has fallen asleep in the sunshine. Taking full advantage of the ample shade, the Foster’s Super Chilled drinker ensures that his pint stays cold.
