Going for a song as World Cup tunes get on their tits

The Diary heard a while ago that something called a football “World Cup” was happening this summer, and apparently it may or again it may not feature a “Rooney”, whatever it may be.

Recently the Diary has seen – or heard – little or nothing about this tournament, reportedly taking place in Germany. So it feels obliged to try and publicise this low-key event.

England do actually have a team taking part in the competition, and some bright sparks who call themselves Branded have written a little ditty to support them.

It is called “Tits out for the lads” and can be downloaded

But the Diary thinks that, to really get the ball rolling, there should be some more songs, and maybe the Crazy Frog should come out of hibernation and jump on the bandwagon⦠oh.
