Yahoo! appoints Geraldine Wilson

Yahoo! has appointed Geraldine Wilson as vice-president for its Connected Life business in Europe. She will take charge of its business and marketing strategy in five markets, including the UK. The Connected Life unit includes Yahoo!’s broadband, mobile and digital home activities, including strategic alliances with telecoms and cable firms. Wilson joins from Vodafone where she was responsible for global online sales and services.
