NTL has announced a rise in revenues to &£884.3m for the second quarter of this year – the first full quarter since it combined with Telewest – up from a reported &£611.4m in the first quarter. However, it lost an estimated 18,900 customers in the same period.
While its tactics will evolve, the fast food giant believes the consistency of its overarching marketing strategy is what grounds the brand.
