The BBC has shortlisted WCRS, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, DDB London and Fallon to pitch for its £20m advertising account.

The decision means that incumbent agencies Abbott Mead Vickers.BBDO and DFGW have lost the business. Fallon is the only roster agency to make it through, with a decision on its roster expected at the end of October following pitch workshops.

The roster of agencies will provide strategic support and creative campaigns for its key content and services starting on January 1, 2007.
