Hotel group Hilton International has appointed Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R to handle its £7m pan-European advertising business following a two way pitch against an undisclosed agency.
The Y&R network already handles the chain’s advertising account in the US.
Hilton International ran a global marketing campaign this summer using the strapline ‘Discover your perfect summer setting’, as it sought to increase bookings during a traditionally quiet time for executive hotels. That campaign was created by ad agency Campaign Works.
The hotel group has also made use of partnership marketing strategies with the likes of British Airways, HSBC and American Express in recent times.
