BDH/TBWA scoops Ulster dairy task
BDH/TBWA has won the advertising account for the Dairy Council of Northern Ireland after a three-way pitch.
The account is worth about £500,000 and the Manchester-based agency will be developing a through-the-line campaign to promote milk and dairy products to the population of Northern Ireland.
Robert Harwood-Matthews, chief executive of BDH/TBWA, says: "With the dairy industry facing increasing challenges to promote healthy eating, we’re developing a campaign that ensures the importance of dairy products as part of a healthy lifestyle is heard and recognised."
The Dairy Council of Northern Ireland is the representative body for dairy-based businesses in Northern Ireland and handles marketing of dairy products on behalf of companies based in Ulster. It previously used the London office of German agency Scholz & Friends, which won the account in 2002, although it is understood this relationship ended last year.
