Description

Set on an island and surrounded by 500 acres of tranquil parkland the magnificent Leeds Castle offers an unparalleled setting, security, seclusion and privacy for meetings and conferences at all levels.

This historic country retreat in a peaceful lakeside location is the perfect place for residential conferences and day meetings, corporate activity days, presentations and banqueting. The 900-year-old castle is available on an exclusive-use basis only.

Within the castle clients may use the intimate Board Room, the sumptuous Castle Dining Room and the impressive King Henry VIII Banqueting Hall. Elsewhere on the Castle Island, the Gatehouse forms a self-contained suite.

For residential conferences there are 20 bedrooms in the castle. Each is individual in character and décor, offering everything from antique four-posters to panoramic views of the rolling Kent countryside. Situated across the moat, the Culpeper Garden Suite offers a mix of meeting and reception rooms, supported by 15 bedrooms around the Stable Courtyard.

During the winter months the Fairfax Hall and Terrace Room, with its breathtaking views of the castle, can be used for private daytime meetings, seminars and lunches. In the midst of the parkland, the Cedar Lawn provides the perfect dedicated marquee site for larger corporate day and evening events with the floodlit castle offering a spectacular backdrop.

To compliment any corporate event Leeds Castle offers a prestigious portfolio of services. Golfers can relax and unwind on Leeds Castle’s own 9-hole golf course, while those looking for a real thrill can take a flight in the Leeds Castle Balloon over the countryside. Other corporate activities that can be organised on site for guests include archery, laser clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, falconry and off-road pursuits.
