Levi-Strauss, the jeans brand, has appointed Armin Broger as president of its European division. He will take over the role next month.
He succeeds European chief executive John Anderson, who had been covering the role on an interim basis following the departure of former chief executive Phil Marineau.
Broger joins from jeans company 7 For All Mankind Europe, where he was chief executive, responsible for driving international expansion of the US denim brand.
Before joining 7 For All Mankind, Broger was chief operating officer at Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Middle East and Africa for four years, where he was responsible for repositioning the European business. He has also held positions at Diesel, The Walt Disney Company and ad agency McCann Erickson.
Levi is also seeking a replacement for Julie Davidson, UK and Ireland marketing director, who is leaving the company.
