MBlox appoints chief marketer
MBlox, the mobile transaction network, has appointed Steve Livingston as chief marketing officer. He takes over the role immediately.
Livingston will be responsible for developing the company’s presence in the US, Europe and Southeast Asia and also raising its profile in the industry.
He joins the company from mobile and internet company Bytemobile, where he was executive vice president of worldwide marketing, sales, business development and customer operations.
Prior to that, Livingston was vice-president of business marketing at AT&T Wireless and he has also worked for IBM.
MBlox chief exective Jeff Clark says; "We have build a totally new kind of global network, focused on mobile transactions. Our marketing opportunity is to execute on the growing number of exciting possibilities in existing and new sector, countries and technologies."
