Jetix, the kids TV channel, has appointed Jo Sherlock (pictured) as commercial director for the UK and Nordics. She joins the company from Bloomberg Television, were she was head of global new media broadcast distribution.
Sherlock, who takes over the role on March 1, will be responsible for driving the commercial business and for the development and distribution of new digital broadcast products.
She will report to Boel Ferguson, managing director the UK and Nordic operations.
Jetix Europe broadcasts to 2.6m homes in the Nordics and is watched by 2m children in the UK each month.
