Agency gets brown-nosed for charity

While the Diary has grown accustomed to being fed grapes and fanned by minions, there are companies where this form of "hierarchy" only comes about once a year, and for charity at that.

Dynamo Marketing Communications recently raised £350 with their "Brown Nose Day". Volunteers from the agency spent the day acting as slaves to their colleagues. And each tried to outdo the other with sycophantic deeds.

For example, planning director Jules MacIntyre served account manager Chris Golding breakfast and port and a cigar later in the day! Account director Sarah Andrews even baked chocolate cakes for master account manager Dani Peden.

The Diary likes this idea. Now where’s that intern?
