Lowe seeks to quell Walsh exit rumours

Amanda%20WalshLowe Worldwide has taken the step of issuing statement in support of Lowe London chief executive Amanda Walsh amid increasing rumours that she is leaving the agency after just seven months in the job.

The statement made by Lowe Worldwide director of corporate communications Carrie Welch says: "Lowe Worldwide completely supports Amanda Walsh and she is not leaving her job. It is a totally ridiculous rumour and we have no idea where it is coming from. It is rumour mongering aimed at destabilising the agency. It is malicious and totally ridiculous. She is in her job and it is business as usual."
