Cartridge World in brand-building push

Cartridge World, the company that specialises in refilling computer printer cartridges, has appointed integrated agency MICE TMM to handle a £1.5m campaign raise its brand awareness.

The agency won the business after a competitive pitch against five undisclosed agencies. It is now developing an integrated campaign that will break on TV later this month but will also include radio, press, online and direct mail.

The company was founded in Australia in 1988 and has expanded to 1,500 franchise outlets in 47 countries. The company is one of the fastest growing franchises in the UK with more than 200 outlets, and has a further 150 operating in Ireland.
