Former JWT integrated creative directors Ken Muir and Ray Howard have announced the launch of a new advertising agency, muirhoward. It has also announced that price comparision site Beat That Quote.com as its first client.
Muirhoward will offer brand advertising, direct and interactive marketing, product design, experiential marketing, gaming, programming and events.
The start up has also revealed that it has formed a partnership with WPP’s branding company Enterprise IG, which will offer some of its shared services and institutional clients to the agency. Simon Bolton, chief executive of Enterprise IG, previously worked with Muir and Howard’s at JWT.
The duo have more than 30 years of combined experience in the advertising industry at both above-the-line and below-the-line agencies. Before leaving to set up their own agency, the pair worked on campaigns with global clients including Voadafone, Shell and HSBC at JWT.
