Ramblers Holidays, the “original walking company”, is rebranding as Ramblers Worldwide Holidays. The new look is unveiled today (Wednesday).
A new logo, website and brochures are being rolled out alongside a new strapline: “The World’s More Beautiful on Foot”. A national marketing campaign covering press outdoor and radio is being rolled out to support the rebrand. The company is also launching an affiliate programme with tourist boards.
Ten Alps RMA was appointed in September last year following a competitive four-way pitch. The through-the-line advertising agency is part of Ten Alps plc, the multi-platform producer of content that was co-founded by Bob Geldof.
Prior to Ten Alps RMA’s appointment, Ramblers Worldwide used Allans to handle its brochure content and Artavia to manage its advertising and creative account. The company runs more than 200 walking holidays and has recently introduced a combined walking and cruising holiday in Norway.
