Iris Experience, the below-the-line agency’s experiential division, has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Dale Barker as director. Barker joins from Lime with a brief to expand the agency’s portfolio of experiential disciplines.
Barker has held senior positions at iD and Cord Promotions and spent five years at Lime. At Iris, he will assume responsibility for developing the agency’s retail, roadshow and guerrilla components and incorporating them into integrated marketing campaigns.
Barker’s arrival continues a rapid period of expansion for Iris Experience and follows the appointment of Cameron Day as business development director in April.
Barker says: “I see my role as heading up disciplines that have always existed here but also furthering them with my own experience of the industry.”
