Virgin Radio is launching a major press campaign to support its summer festival season. It will promote the station’s live coverage and competitions to win tickets to the sold-out V Festival.
The campaign, which has been created in-house, has the strapline “You want some?” and will run across a range of consumer lifestyle magazines, including Nuts and Loaded.
It will break in July ahead of the V Festival, which is in August. It aims to highlight that the station will have more live broadcasting than in previous years and will also have coverage of the Isle of Wight and Hyde Park Calling festivals, which take place this month. The station will also broadcast live from the V Festival.
