Cannons Health Clubs has appointed Incentivated to its roster as it seeks to ramp up its mobile marketing activity. The company wants the agency to help increase membership numbers and support its membership relationship programme.
The UK health and fitness operator, which has 165,000 members at 67 clubs across the country, will use Incentivated to raise awareness of membership promotions and to deliver information such as appointment reminders via SMS to mobile phones and e-mail accounts.
Cannons Group marketing director Mathew Hart says: “Mobile is emerging as an effective way for us to deliver time-sensitive promotional and operational messages to our members.”
Incentivated’s client base includes British Airways and Halifax Bank of Scotland.
