Alison Reay (pictured), the joint managing director of Titan Outdoor, is leaving the company after just a year after she was bought in to help turn the company around. She does not have a job to go to.

Titan is not planning to replace Reay directly and her responsibilities will be assimilated into other roles. Andy Moug, also joint managing director, will remain in his role.

Reay is one of a number of departures from the outdoor company over recent months. In March, group sales director Steve Atkinson left after just nine months. Helen Bouchez, development director, and head of research Anthony Waithe have also left.

Titan Ourdoor chief executive Jon Slatkin says: “Alison has been an integral member of the team involved in turning Titan around since May last year.”
