Guardian News & Media (GNM) has promoted Adam Freeman to commercial director of its news and media division Freeman replaces Stuart Taylor who is transferring to sister company GMG Radio in the same role.

Guardian News & Media (GNM) has promoted Adam Freeman to commercial director of its news and media division Freeman replaces Stuart Taylor who is transferring to sister company GMG Radio in the same role.

Freeman, who joined Guardian News & Media in 1992, is currently deputy commercial director and will take over the role in September of this year.

He joined the company as magazine agency sales manager but left to join emagazineshop.com as sales and marketing director. He returned the GNM as media publisher in 2002.

GMG says Freeman has been responsible for driving business development and revenue streams across recruitment, sponsorship and advertising across print and digital platforms.
