Wells & Young’s, the brewing company, has parted company with Team Saatchi after 12 years with the agency. The decision follows a strategic review of the brewer’s marketing services agency roster.

The company has kicked off a roster review, led by director of marketing Chris Lewis who joined the business in January this year. The brewer is also in the middle of a review for the Courage brand, which is recently acquired. The move does not currently affect Farm, which handles the Young’s brand.

Team Saatchi had initally worked on Corona Extra, Red Stripe and Wells Eagle IPA brands but more recently it has focussed on the Wells Bombardier brand.

Lewis says: “Team Saatchi has in the past shown great commitment and passion for growing our portfolio, however the time has come to review creative direction on our drive brands and we wish to undertake this with a fresh perspective.”
