Meteorite bids adieu to its Fulham office with a fair

Fair%20stallThanks to its rapidly expanding creative and digital departments, Meteorite’s staff quota is nearing 60, meaning it has grown too big for its West London offices. To mark the end of its tenancy in New Kings Road, the direct and digital agency held a “Farewell Fulham Fair” at the office.

Despite the miserable weather, people still flocked to the fair to savour the gourmet BBQ, seven-tier cupcake cake and Pimms and lemonade river. Also on offer was a range of old-fashioned activities from traditional funfairs, these included coconut shies, corking shooting, hoopla, roll-a-ball, a mallet and hammer strength tester and a tarot card reader. All this was played out to the accompaniment of a live jazz band and hand magicians.

Visitors to the fair also got a chance to meet the agency’s new executive creative director, Dan Douglass.

Meteorite will soon be moving right into the thick of it in the office currently inhabited by Freud Communications on Mortimer Street.
