Vivid to plug Bratz gap with Sweet Secrets dolls

Vivid Imaginations is bringing back its 1990s hit collectible dolls Sweet Secrets next January – the time its licence with Bratz dolls-owner MGA Entertainment ends.

Sweet Secrets will be relaunched with the backing of a major national TV campaign in a bid to affirm Vivid’s position in the toy market “post Bratz”. The dolls will be distributed globally by Play Along Toys and Vivid will hold their UK and Ireland licence.

Vivid marketing manager Emma Sherski says Sweet Secrets will offer young girls something different. The dolls will retail at £5.

The toy company will also re-introduce Madballs, an-other 1990s toy flashback. The relaunch will be supported with online activity and TV advertising backed by Vivid.
